Shipping policy

We aim to process all in-stock orders within 2 business days. Pre-orders are typically processed within 2 business days of the item's availability.

📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Carrier: USPS (primary), UPS (for heavier items)
• Delivery Time: 3–8 business days from pickup
• Tracking: Included with all domestic orders
• Pickup Schedule: Orders are picked up every business day

🌍 International Shipping

• Air Mail: ~7 business days
• Surface Mail: 4–6 weeks
• Customs Delays: Not included in delivery estimates
• Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible for all applicable import fees
• Tracking: Available for most air mail shipments (varies by country)

⛔ Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we’ll email you before shipping. You may:

• Wait for restock (if applicable)
• Replace with another item
• Cancel the item for a refund

If we do not hear back within 5 business days, we will ship the available items and refund the rest.

📭 Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
